How to use Cafiza for backflushing of grouphead:
1. Insert blind filter in the portafilter
2. Add 3g of Cafiza into the blind filter
3. Insert the portafilter into the grouphead (with the Cafiza powder)
4. Start brewing cycle for 10 seconds
5. Stop and wait for 10 seconds
6. Repeat the step 4 and 5 for five times
7. Remove the portafilter and rinse the portafilter with water to remove all residue of Cafiza
8. Insert the portafilter into the grouphead
9. Repeat step 4 and 5 WITHOUT Cafiza powder to rinse the grouphead
10. Make and discard a cup of espresso to ensure that no residue remains
To clean portafilter, grouphead screen and others, you can soak these items in Cafiza solution (i.e. 3g of Cafiza powder in 1 litre of water) for 30minutes before rinsing them with warm water - the coffee stains should come off very easily
